Frequently Asked Questions - Please Read Before booking

Children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times.
Verbal consent from a parent or guardian is required before face painting or glitter tattoos can take place.
Face painting and glitter tattoos are not available for children under 3 years old.
Without prejudice we reserve the right to refuse painting anyone we deem unsuitable.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times; we cannot take responsibility for children standing in the queue and they can be refused painting without an adult.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot paint or apply glitter tattoos to anyone with:
Open wounds
Cold sores
Conjunctivitis
Rashes or skin conditions
Any contagious skin condition
Only cosmetic-grade products compliant with UK/EU and FDA regulations are used.

Remove face paint within 8 hours using soap, water, and a soft face cloth.
Please do not use baby wipes to remove face paint, as this may cause irritation or staining.
Some colours may temporarily linger on the skin. Do not scrub harshly — repeat gentle washing if needed.
Face paint does not provide sun protection and should not be worn for long periods in strong sunlight.

Although rare, allergic reactions can occur.
If your child has never been face-painted before, we recommend requesting a patch test. Patch tests are monitored after approximately 60 minutes for any reaction.
